TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Hampers containing alcohol can only be purchased and received by
    persons over the age of 18 years of age.
2. In certain circumstances when an item isn't available, we will replace the
    product with an item of equal or greater value.
3. Freight is an additional cost to the hamper. We use Australia Post to
    deliver our hampers Australia-wide.

4. We endeavour to deliver on the date requested, but we take no responsibility for late deliveries since
    it's beyond our control.
5. Please ensure that the address provided to us is accurate, re-deliveries will be charged an additional
    fee.
6. It is up to the customer to notify us if they haven't received their hamper, so we can lodge an enquiry
    with Australia Post to track your hamper.
7. All Hamper prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and GST is included.
8. Refunds are only applicable if the products were damaged or faulty.
