Answer: Check our Delivery Information page to view the current charges and delivery times. What are the delivery times? Answer: Delivery is by Australia Post registered mail (except for multiple orders in the Sydney Metro area, when it is by courier). Our freight charges and delivery times can be viewed on our Delivery Information page. Can I request changes to the gift packages? Answer: Yes, we welcome your requests to change the contents or packaging design of any gift. You can use our custom gift service, or simply contact us to find out more. Check our product listing or packaging pages to see some of the options. How do I buy on this site? Answer: We offer three ways to buy our gifts: via online shopping cart, via a printable fax order or by telephone. After we receive your order, one of our friendly staff will be in contact to discuss any special requirements. Do you offer discounts for multiple orders? Answer: Yes we do. Just contact us on (02) 9863 0944 and we will negotiate a great price for you. What is GST? Answer: 10% Goods and Services Tax is payable on all purchases in Australia. This is already included in our prices. Where is Awesome Gift Hampers located? Answer: We are at Greystanes – a suburb of Sydney. How do I place a gift basket order? Answer: We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and Bankcard. Transactions placed online at Awesome Gift Hampers are transmitted with industry-standard SSL encryption direct to our credit card processor, Verisign. Customer information is never released to us and is held only on the very high security servers at Verisign. Is my personal information secure? Answer: Absolutely. Awesome Gift Hampers has taken every precaution to ensure we use only state-of-the-art online purchase transaction security. No employees or other third parties will ever see your private financial information. You can feel safe and secure that your privacy is being protected (see our Privacy Policy page). What is your customer satisfaction policy? Answer: Customer satisfaction is a priority at Awesome Gift Hampers. If you, or your gift recipient is not happy, then we are not happy. If you experience a problem with your order, please bring it to our attention and we will do everything possible to promptly remedy the situation. Can orders be changed or cancelled? Answer: We make every effort to honour changes to a recipient's address or gift card message when a request is submitted before the order has been processed for shipment or shipped. We are sorry but we cannot cancel or make changes after the order has been processed for shipment or shipped. Does Awesome Gift Hampers deliver to hospitals or hotels? Answer: Yes – Hospital Deliveries: Please be absolutely certain that your recipient will still be in the hospital when your gift arrives. Couriers do not deliver to hospital rooms, only to specified receiving locations within a facility. It is then up to staff to deliver to patients' rooms. We assume no responsibility for gifts lost, misplaced, failure of the hospital staff to deliver gifts to the patient or gifts arriving after a patient has been dismissed. Hotel Deliveries: Please be absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hotel when the gift arrives. Couriers do not deliver to hotel/motel rooms only to designated receiving areas. It is then up to staff to deliver to guests' rooms. We assume no responsibility for gifts lost, misplaced, failure of the hotel staff to deliver the gift to the guest/recipient or gifts arriving after the guest checks out. Can you tell me more about shipping? Answer: Yes. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). No shipments are made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays (see our Delivery section for more information). What is your return policy? Answer: Awesome Gift Hampers stands behind our gifts and gift baskets. We offer unique, high quality gift baskets that we ourselves would like to receive! That is why you can shop in our onine store with complete confidence. If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We WILL make it right. If your selection does not meet your every expectation simply return it within 5 BUSINESS DAYS for a prompt refund of your purchase price (less freight). Items must be returned in the original packaging and the cellophane wrapping unopened. (See our Returns section for more detail). Does Awesome Gift Hampers make substitutions? Answer: Occasionally. Based on season and availability we do reserve the right to substitute a basket or product that is no longer available with a basket or product of equal or greater value.
